- How long will my order take to ship from when I order it?
Lead times vary from product to product but our standard production times are:
Textured art glass, clear glass, antique mirrors and back painted glasses 5-7 working days. Leaded glass windows 20 business days. Beveled glass panels 10-15 working days. Glass shelves 10-15 working days. Wire mesh grilles 5-6 weeks for custom order, 10-15 working days for in stock patterns.
- What if my glass arrives damaged?
Please inspect all deliveries within 48 hours. If your package is damaged, please submit photo and tracking number to our customer service email and someone will contact you within 24 hours.
- Can I cancel or change my order?
Due to the special order nature of our products, once an order is acknowledged via email, it can not be changed or cancelled. Orders will be acknowledged via email within 48 hours.
- How do I measure my cabinet door for glass?
Measure to the nearest 1/16”.
Deduct 1/8” from the exact opening size. This will allow a little room for the glass to fit in the opening properly.
Note: Always record measurements Width x Height. This is important because glass textures run vertically.
Example:
-If the exact opening size is
10-1/4” x 24-3/16”
-Glass order size is
10-1/8” x 24-1/16”. - How does the pattern of the glass go?
All textured glass has the pattern running vertically, this is our standard.
- Can I sandblast the back of any glass?
No, only clear textured glasses can have the back sandblasted. This creates a milky white opaque finish on the glass. Great for hiding things inside the cabinet that you don’t want to see through the glass while still displaying the beautiful characteristics of the art glass.
- My glass looks different from the photo online.
Glass is very difficult to photograph and get a true likeness to how it appears in person.
- Do you Ship outside the USA?
At this time, we are only shipping to the lower 48 states. Shipping not available to HI or AK.
- Do I need to have tempered or laminated safety glass for cabinet doors?
Most cabinet door glass does not need to be tempered or laminated glass. However, base cabinets or doors that are within 6 inches from the ground typically need to be tempered or safety laminated glass. It is always best to check with local building codes if you are unsure as codes are different from city to city.
